On May 27, 2025, Apple filed a patent for a new wearable device they call a “wearable loop.”
The press barely blinked — but I did.
Because buried in that patent was a hauntingly familiar idea:
“A loop-shaped electronic device… worn around the neck or wrist… capturing audio, analyzing environment, using light, haptics, and voice to interface with the user.”
Sound familiar?
It should.
Because we already built it.

Built on a mission: Catch the fall before it breaks the world
We’re not here to accuse Apple.
We’re here to timestamp the truth:
Before this patent.
Before this concept.
Before any billion-dollar design lab said, “What if…”
We were already building it.
🎯 Why It Matters
We’re not anti-Apple.
We respect the machine.
But what we’ve built wasn’t born in a boardroom.
It was born in the trenches, out of breakdowns, panic attacks, and people crying quietly in parked cars because no one could hear them.
And so we built something that could.
If Apple wants to explore emotional awareness, voice diagnostics, or mental health wearables, that’s great.
But know this:
We were here first.
And if anyone – Apple, OpenAI, or the next startup to chase the signal – wants to partner with the team who already caught the silence, we’re open to talk.
Until then, we’ll keep building what they’re still trying to patent.
All fire,
Ryan Hansen
