This Refund & Return Policy outlines your rights and options for pre-orders, product returns, and refunds.
Pre-Order Guarantee
We are currently offering a limited run of 1,000 early-access units of NOVi, set to ship in Fall 2025.

You may cancel your pre-order anytime before your unit ships and receive a full refund — no questions asked.

Your order reserves your place in line and helps bring NOVi to life.

We’ll notify you by email before shipment and allow a final opportunity to cancel, just in case you change your mind.
Returns After Delivery
Once your NOVi unit is delivered, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return for a full refund if:

The product is unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging.

You include proof of purchase with your return request.
To begin a return, email support@noviwear.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll walk you through the simple steps to send it back.
Refund Timing

Pre-order refunds are processed within 5–7 business days from request.

Refunds for returned products (within 30 days of receipt) are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the personal nature of NOVi, used or worn devices cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons — unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective?
If your NOVi arrives damaged or isn’t functioning as expected, please email us within 7 days of delivery at support@noviwear.com with photos and a description. We’ll make it right.
